Sorry forgot to fill out the star ratings - just for anyone reading this they are all 5 stars. Ken had broad knowledge about our style of trailer and it was just as if we were hauling it ourselves - we were quite comfortable having him pull for us.

Arrived the evening before - was at location right on time, hooked up trailer, no hassles, set delivery expectation with me at hook up time, delivered in advance of expectation. Excellent - underpromised yet overdelivered. Will be using Ken going forward for our needs. Well worth the investment.
