A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I reject this due to the fact that the driver called myself (Buyer) and the party for pick up (Seller) at around 3:00p.m. on 19/29/2015 to confirm the pick up the following morning. Everything was set up. He had already cancelled a bid on me just to raise the price on the next one. These drivers cancel on us without any penalty what so ever. There should be a 20% penalty that they should have to pay to the party booking these shipments if they decide to cancel because they found a higher paying

Awesome experience. Bernie was as careful with my bike as I would have been myself. Fast delivery and his price was amazingly cheap. I would definitely use him again. You get a five star service on a low budget. I wish all shippers were as careful with goods as Bernie was. I can't speak highly enough about this service that was provided to me. If you ever need something hauled then do yourself a favor and call Bernie.

When I hired the person to haul the bike I was told it would be in an enclosed trailer instead it was on a rail on the very back of his van. I was not happy with that part of it as it was rainy weather and it should have been inside. The rest of the shipment went well.
