Ryan was a great customer, maintained excellent communication & prompt payment considering he is abroad. This shipment went very well considering it originated from a bonded warehouse & that Ryan requested the pallets to be split up into 2 different shipments going to 2 different locations. This shipment was a fine example of the high level customer service and attention that I provide my customers along with the cost savings that InXpress provides. Its not always just about costs! I had my driver at Price Transfer today for over an hour and a half waiting to get in. I had to pull him out, we cannot wait that long for freight. Also as Kris @ Price stated to our driver they do not wrap the freight either, this is too much of a liability in transit as freight will be all over the floor. All Price Transfer does is through some twine around which does not hold. We cannot accommodate with operations that occur at Price Transfer or wait for hours to be loaded.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Charged me $875 vs the agreed upon $775 or blackmailed me with the non-pickup of the shipment. warehouse and forklift fees ended up costing me $100 already. Furthermore Arranged with them last Friday for pickup on Monday. Trucker DID NOT SHow. this company is unprofessional. request cancellation.

Found a truck to p/u load on agreed upon day. Shipper did not tell us it loaded at a CFS he gave us a different whse name, loading time is approx. 4 hrs at CFS. Carrier did not have time to wait 4 hrs to get loaded. Shipper never told us there would be this much of a wait time, nor did he agree to pay any detention time. We told the shipper we could p/u the load the following day, he cancelled. We were in constant contact with the shipper, he was not honest with the load info he gave us.
