A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We spoke directly with the customer regarding a scheduling conflict due to mechanical issues. We were unable to resolve the scheduling conflict, therefore we agree to cancel the shipment.

Yes but did you tell them you strung me on for 2 weeks then asked if you could borrow a trailer because you didn’t have one. Wait you accepted the offer then left me stranded for 2 extra weeks.
