Transporter was very hard to get in contact with many attempts. Didn't have time or a computer to look up my information.When I did get him on the phone said he was going to call back to confirm pick up, but never did. As much as its stated in there profile of contacting the customer before pickup in 2 to 3 days that's all a lie. If this guy(ERIC RAPOPORT) was serious in what he calls his profession he REALLY NEEDS TO FIND A NEW ONE. You have enough stress when you move ... YOU DONT NEED THIS!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Customer is unhappy. Transporter does not want to communicate with customer. Did not contact customer. Customer is very upset. NOT RELIABLE.
