After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Tried to call the customer on the first day I booked shipment as well as the following 3 days. I got no response and a week later I was harassed by the customer for supposedly not trying to contact him. He is vulgar and temperamental. I had to block him from all aspects of my business and personal contact information

Please look at this guys feedback, 1 feedback and multiple cancellations, he doesn't respond to emails, he will only respond when you make a comment on one of his Facebook pictures!!

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I showed up to pick up the item but another transporter had already picked up the item. When I contacted the customer he told me that he had no idea how another person got the information and picked it up without his approval. I requested a partial payment for traveling to the pick up location but the customer never responded with a workable alternative. I am out the cost of fuel and time traveling to the pick up location as agreed through the Uship agreement.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider never picked up when stated, had to repair truck, then couldn't get there by the time they closed, then gave me a sob story about being incarcerated and didn't have any money, had no money for gas to go pick up truck, wanted me to give him gas money to pick up and deliver, excuse after excuse!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Miscommunication on pickup time.

When I arrived to pick up the item it was not there. Another transporter had picked it up earlier in the day. I was within the dates agreed upon and never given an explanation or compensation for traveling to the pick up location. I requested at least payment to compensate my fuel and time but none given.
