Customer did not specify that freight was on a 2nd fl and driver needed to go into elevator, customer did not specify that copier is unpackaged and cannot be packaged. There was no information and I have let the customer know that this would be to much of a liability to move an unpackaged machine.

Shipper declined to mention that freight was not packaged as well as it being on the second floor of a building in NYC with nowhere to park trailer. If this information was disclosed beforehand we would have arranged pickup accordingly.
