Everything was excellent and she stayed in communication with me. She immediately notified me when there was a change in the time of pick up. Great person, easy to work with, and all went smoothly. I would gladly work with this very friendly person again in the future! Highly recommend doing business with her =)

Jewels work is exellent. Personal touch. Delivered even earlier than expected even tho she had some family crisis she still came through for me. My pet arrived in excellent condition. She was very professional and never left me hanging if I tried to contact her she always called back as soon as she could. One night I forgot the time difference and woke her up very late. I felt bad as I knew she needed her sleep to drive the next day but still she was very plesent on the phone. 5 Stars for sure!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was up and ready to leave and had to also get pets ready for the trip. The service provider never came, never called, when I called only got answer phone. This caused me to miss events, appointement, and arrangements that cost me over $800.
