Eric is a true gentleman. He was professional in every way, Even going WAY out of his way to be sure my furniture was picked up on time when his truck repair wasn't completed when he expected it. He rented a UHAUL truck, drove over 100 miles to pick my things up, then back to his truck. All so he could honor his commitment. I can't speak highly enough of this man! Thank you Eric.

William was very nice and all went well until after the delivery. He moved a piano from my house to a relative's, and she wanted to place it upstairs. William raised his bid because of the added work it would be, which I agreed to and accepted, with the understanding that he would adjust the price back down if the stairs wouldn't work. The piano had to stay on the ground floor but he never adjusted the price, even after my relative tipped him $200! He kept $250 of our money and ignored me. Sad.

The piano weighed more than was listed at, more weight more money, common sense. We tried to refund her half the money but she still hasn't pay paled an invoice over like I had asked her to twice. THE PIANO MADE IT THERE WITH NO DAMAGE AND THERE WAS NO 200 DOLLAR TIP... there was a hundred dollar tip. I hate when people exaggerate. SAD... You had 100% service with no scratches, no dents and no dings..
