A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper contacted me by saying he wanted my services but wanted to wait till the end of the auction to see what other bids he would be getting. I replied to him that I can't wait and that I was traveling through his area the next day and had to pick the item up then, but he did not reply. He was hoping to get a lower bid than the one I posted, that is why he wouldn't accept my bid at a earlier date. His greed got the best of him and now he will pay more.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider bid on auction with specific window for pickup and dropoff. After bid accepted by me service provider was unable to pickup within window specified in auction. I think auction terms were clear, communication could be improved by service provider. I will learn from this experience and double confirm terms (including pickup and dropoff windows) before accepting future bids. Service provider seemed like a nice person and was immediately in communication to resolve issue.
