Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Dear customer, when dealing with company shipments sometime there are delays due to time constraints. Our truck was not able to make it before closing, if you change your mind please let us know. Good luck and your refund has been initiated.

Great transaction. We got your moonwalks to you even when others had left you hanging for months. We like it that way and im sure you do too. Great shipper, prompt payment, available when shipment arrived for delivery to IL. would highly recommend to others as a great shipper to work with. Thank YOu Steve

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services said was going to be picked up on 12/22/10 then called and said would be picked up after christmas which was fine never heard from him again nor did the place that had the items he did however manage to give me a negative feedback but couldn't call or email or text.Items still not picked up.Orginally told the shipper he was in the wrong town please contact the shipper for confirmation.thanks also i don't believe I deserve a negative feedback for him not doing his job.

Sorry 1777dm but our truck had a delay and like we explained to you over the phone, the crew just needed a day or two. Our schedule was still with in the bid range. If you change your mind please let us know. To all our future customers, if we are taken your items at a discounted rate we will try our best to be on time but in order to save you money we still have to make money by picking up other customers on our route. If your shipment falls in the straight shipment category then do not worry.
