The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Have waited 17 days for pick up and can not wait any longer. Provider has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. Today their phone has been disconnected..........Between this completely unresponsive Vanco group and the previous bidder on U Ship I have waisted over a month ! Why even bid on my shipment ? This whole thing really sucks ! I'm sure like the last one I have a waiting wait to cancel and will probably not get all my money back. I am so frustrated !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have attempted to contact by both phone and e-mail and have not heard back from transporter. I have waited in limbo for 9 days to have my pick up made. I can no longer wait because I my business needs the shipment. I'm new at this whole u ship experience but I can tell you that none of this has worked out for me.
