Outstanding service! The transport was accomplished on the agreed timeline and delivered in an enclosed motorcycle trailer as requested.

Bike was delivered within the contractual time. However, I was given 7 delivery dates/times before bike was finally delivered. Their dispatcher never contacted me, I always had to initiate the communication. The truck had a mechanical problem, but this was never communicated to me until the driver told me of this during delivery. As a customer, I expect to be told the truth about any delay, not stalled by a dispatcher with disinformation.

Bike was delivered WHEN he said he would deliver and in an enclosed trailer as agreed... Outstanding businessman to consider for your bike transportation needs...He treats your bike with kid gloves!
