James is a POOR customer, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - Payment was not made as agreed or in full - Customer failed to communicate - Delays occured that were the fault of the customer -Customer refused to work out problems or changes Response from James K.: payment was made via Paypal within an hour of invoice from uship.
I called several times on Wednesday and Thursday pleading for delivery - all I heard were excuses - delivery finally made the following Monday!

James K. did not pay attention to the bid details. He selected standard service, but expected expedited. He blamed the broker for his error, resulting in negative feedback.

Customer's location was closed early on Thursday and all of Friday. The customer just didn't pay attention to the bid process.
