Bike delivered unharmed. Picked up two days later than quoted, delivered 9 days later than quoted, told multiple times they were coming the next day and them hot a 4 hour notification that they were on their way while i was out of town... neutral because they did deliver and i wasnt in a hurry to recrive, but at dome point i wondered if i was ever going to see the bike. If you are IK eith zero communication or timeline, they did take care of the bike and it did get delivered.
