Pancho was fantastic! I met Pancho to transfer Butler, our little QH/App rescue from Camelot Auction, to our trailer for the rest of his trip to his foster home. Although didn't want to get off of Pancho's trailer, or on to mine, Pancho was very patient and knew exactly how to kindly encourage Butler to move. He had a great trip,ample room to move around and water available during the trip. I highly recommend panchomissy for anyone who needs a transporter. Thanks Pancho!

Shipper agreed to straight haul for special needs horses (age, BSC and heat). Shipper did not do so. Driver & owners were negligent & irresponsible which resulted in the death of one horse. 30 yo mare and emaciated gelding were on trailer for 24+ hours 100+ temp. Mare collapsed due to heat exhaustion (verified by attending vet) and was stepped on by gelding. Both arrived dehydrated. Owner called vet for mare that died, then refused to pay. These are slanderous statements and can be documented by the vet that we called when the mare in question attacked our driver and injured herself. Owner was unreachable and we had to take emergency action without her assistance.

Suzanne was in contact throughout the trip. She called me when my horse was loaded, and when she was delivered. She was on schedule, and very nice to work with. I would definitely hire her again!
