Shipment arrangements were very organized by shipper, arrived to pick up horse when he said he would and delivered horse when he said he would. Communication between us was great, Keith kept us up to date on how things were progressing. Horse arrived without incident. Will recommend Keith and will use him in the future if the need should arise.
