Overall, my shipment was completed with no damage. Bernard was professional and transported the stove with care. He had all the moving materials (various dollies, blankets, etc.) in his possession, and quickly loaded and unloaded the goods. The only down side was communication.

Chris and Christi were truly customer service oriented. They kept in contact with me via email and phone. They even delivered a day early. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Mark, his son, and their traveling companions. He was prompt communicating with me after I accepted his bid and throughout the moving process. He was most accommodating to my needs. Additionally, he was considerate in notifying me of the condition of my furniture when he picked it up from the storage facility.
