Horrible,out of shape mover with bad attitude,tried to extort extra money as he had to walk on grass to house....ground floor delivery of rattan chairs. Tried to bully for payment code after just placing pieces outside. Was 3 hours late,which I was very nice about even though inconvenienced my day. Didn't bother to let me know,only found out after waiting for him with no show. So many issues with Junior that I will just summarize by saying avoid this guy!! Not sure why he is a mover... Response from Shipper309: Thanks for your great feedback. It help so much. But just to let you know. That I am not a mover. I am a transporter. You paid for transport your items from point a to b. Now if you would have told me from the beginning that it was getting dropped off in a guess house. Then I would have never taken this shipment. But this is another case of uship customers trying to take advantage of us. So again. Have a great day. And next time make sure you present before talking about any one Physical shape

Mike and his son were extremely nice. I will most definitely hire them again and again,they went above and beyond & are very trustworthy! Mike is still in a neckbrace due to a drunk driver hitting him on a previous trip. Still plugging away,I admire the type of person he is to still be working even with this having just happened.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Item was already paid for and ready for pickup,however bid came through in the middle of the night that shipper was in that area, I am on delivery end of shipment,so shipper had to schedule in advance with pickup location. Unfortunately,the timing did not work for the two of them. Shipper seems to think that I should have called them in the middle of the night. Many other shippers have worked out last minute when they put in a last minute bid and I accepted so that they had a chance to try... Response from 4tom2haul: Please look at the shipment.Pick up time was after 5/31 posted on 5/31.I bid to pick up 6/1 an was there to pick up 6/1, We was told a 3 day pick up notice was to be made befor shipment could be picked up.We can only bid on the pick up date that is posted on your shipment. If you post a pick up date you should know its ready to pick up not just put any date down.As a broker yes you should have called them befor you posted dates, An made sure your shipment was ready.IT WAS NOT

Alan was fabulous! Great guy and kept in communication much better than most shippers. I was extremely pleased with everything and would highly recommend him to other customers:) He is a one man show,so easy to find out what is going on at any time. Seriously above and beyond in every way,wish they could do all of my shipments:) If you get lucky enough to be on his route when he has room,grab the oppurtunity,you will be glad!
