The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Your Uship refund is guaranteed either way but whomever is taking this customers calls really screwed up our job. She never gave Bradely our msgs and when we called her she screams and yells and is a tyrant to work with. Had we been able to talk to our "actual" customer we would have told him we have a driver who can pick up within 24 hours. If you still want a driver Bradely call us but please do not have the person at your office call us. We refuse to be abused any further by her.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider said they would have the car picked up within 10 days of booking. Car still has not been picked up.
Response from EnterpriseAutoTransport:
We have a driver who can pick up in 24 hours. Bradely call us if you change your mind but according to your receptionist you have a driver who can do it cheaper and that is why you want to cancel. We know that is not the case. They are just lying to get you to book with them, you will see your car will not move and you will sit on the board while w have a driver now.
