he said he would pick up all 5 cars then reduced the number to 3 then to 2 and all this after he bided on all 5 ,then he would not unload the cars unless he get paid what we agreed on for three cars

First of all I listed to pick up on a friday AND saturday cause I could not laod all 5 on my trailer,copart doesn't load on saturdays so I told him I would get three,then on the way to pickup,I was hauling double trailers and the west virgina DOT made me drop second trailer so I was only able to do 2 as far as not unloading till I gotten paid was fabricated by him though he said he had forklift to unload rear vehicle that he didn't was loaded on my flipout ramps(to achieve full deck)IDIOT
