The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider has not called tested or emailed and will not return calls texts or emails and appears to have fallen off the face of the earth after some very good communication in the beginning. There is no way my dogs will go with someone who refuses to answer calls and texts. Sorry I need this refunded immediately so I can book someone else.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped There was a mix up with the address when I booked that I did not notice. Service provider has been great, but the auto fill with Uship messed up the location of items. Confusing the shipper and I.
