There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer decided that liftgate service was required for pickup and for delivery. This was specifically NOT included in the bid. The customer accepted the rate and then wanted additional services without additional compensation. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved they change shipping price 238.67 to 428.20.
