I told this customer on Tuesday 3\10, that if I did not pickup the shipment by a certain time that I would not be able to make my other shipments. I told customer to contact me by 3 pm on Tuesday with the pickup location. He did not contact me until 6 pm, and still did not provide me a pickup address. By that time my other shipments cancelled and I could no longer provide service.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Driver did not want to take the machine which was on a pallet and shrinked wrapped. The website did not specified other means of packaging the machine nor did I get a call from YRC asking for type of package. The uShip website only gave the option of BOX, SKID, PALLET, or LOOSE.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I no longer need the itemm shipped to Nogales, Arizonna. Drop off location will no longer accept delivery to cross into Mexico. And have not been able to find another Custom Broker in the area to accept shipment. So shipment is going to be sennt to Pharr, Tx.
