I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. this freaking guy I didn't respond to emails I can show many emails I sent out. he emailed me Saturday sent 4 emails straight back to him with no response. this guy is crazy. sent emails Monday for contact information nothing. then he tried to have his seller reimburse him 800 dollars blaming him. job was only 589. not sellers fault or mine. communication is a key factor in my business. this guy is a joke. call me a bad shipper, respond to email after email. I can't pickup something with no co

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I apologize but I just found out that there has been a paperwork issue with the DOT and I am currently Out-of-Service. I don't know when or if I can get this issue resolved therefore I am giving the shipment back to the customer for re-bidding for other carriers.
