The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Booked with them because of the pickup in 1 business day. Had not heard whether or not anything was being booked for 3 days. After a brief phone call on 3rd day they stated they hadn't been able to find anyone to pickup the car (I had to call them to get info, they didn't provide any to me). Asked if I could spend more money to get car picked up because it might help, and I agreed. One week later, I have had zero communication from them. Not even telling me they can't find anything.
