Donna at pickup and Amy at the delivery were wonderful. Major Blake is deployed at this time so I didn't get to meet him personally but he was wonderful as well. The four kids will really enjoy this dog, especially Luke. This delivery, seeing the joy on their faces, makes me glad I am doing this job for a living. God bless everyone.

This was my very first time using this system and I could not be more satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the shipper.
