Cliff was an incredibly nice guy, but I think the job may have been more than he expected. Many of the pieces were large and heavy, and the pickup location had two sets of stairs. I understand some of the furniture dings and scratches due to this increased difficulty. However, nearly every piece was damaged in some fashion, a couple with serious gouges. I didn't realize the extent of the damage until after he left. Cliff was great about paying a furniture repair guy after I contacted his office.
