The hauler was a 11 days late on the first shipment and 2 weeks late on the second shipment. This is a father & son team that unfortuntely does not know how to run a business. They repeatedly provide unrealistic deliver dates and almost never return phone calls or emails. I was always calling them to find out where my stuff was (because it was so late). The only call I got was when he was 45min away (however was not suppose to be there until 8 hours later. I would not recommend them ever.

Ken was excellent! He is prompt and curtious. He called me when he was leaving the dealersip and during the trip to give me his estimated arrival time. The tractor was secure and well cared for when it got to me. I would definitely use his services again.

The level of service and profesionalism were great. When it came to delivery, he was able to work aroubd my schedule, not to mention, my item was delivered In half the time I had originally expected. I would defeintely use his service again if the need should arise. A+
