Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I arrived in spokane friday afternoon. Tried several times to contact customer aaron k. I was told through a third party that pickup of 2 heavy equipment items would not be possible until monday. This would cause a 3 day delay for my other shipments as well as cost me 3 days in a hotel. I left aaron several messages to see if there was any way we could resolve this by having me loaded sooner. I have heard absolutely nothing back. I hate that it didnt work out , both for the customer and myself..

Aaron was great to work with. Great communication at all times, spot on with shipment and made my delivery easy. I would haul for Aaron any time.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I left a large window for the delivery to be made. It was never done and I have not been able to get any response from the provider.
