Customer requested cancellation... nothing done on our end to justify her actions... it's not anything that she did either.... the items are stored at a certain location, and this location is putting pressure on her to get the items out of their location.... they are shipping the items through some other means... we are assessing her a cancellation fee for all the trouble of correcting paperwork, etc... this is part of our policy.
