After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer customer stated the goose neck was cracked. Found the salesman at Hale trailer made him a deal. This customer circumvented this shipment to an outside source therefore costing my company several Thousands in dollars of lost revenue, and now put me into excessive cancellations category costing my company several thousand dollars in increased booking fees until My company can get back into that 10% threshold. Uship sided with the customer. Thanks USHIP for the SUPPORT!!!
