The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We were told that the truck did not run. Our driver was delayed in New England and got home very late and was out of hours, and had to take a mandatory break. This was explained to the customer. We sent our most experienced driver to pick this truck up. When he got there the truck is in an alley nose up to a tree. At the back of the truck is an intersection on a very busy road. Our driver determined that there was no way to back his trailer up to the truck to load it because it was unsafe.

first off i was not told anything about a mandatory break. second the truck is not in an alley its in a driveway. third there isnt any intersection within 1000 feet of the driveway where the truck was located. and just because the street is named Main st does not make it a Main street. finally there is an empty gravel lot across the street from where the truck was parked and anybody that can drive a truck could back a trailer up to the back of the truck..

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was told the truck would be picked up on tuesday . get a call tuesday with an excuse . was told it would be picked up wed again get a call with an excuse and would be picked up on wed. well no call from them so i called them and get told they couldnt pick it up because it doesnt run.. they new going into it that it did not run and it didnt have brakes or a working transmission. they went to look at today and then complained to the seller that it did not run and left. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
