The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The item was supposed to be picked up on Mon. 3/29/2021 by 4:00 PM and was not. I contacted Global Transport and was told the item would be picked up Tues. 3/30/2021 by 11:00 AM. The item was not picked up. I had to call Global Transport to find out why item not picked up and when it could be and was told that they were not sure when it could be picked up due to driver issues. I paid deposit and need to get a refund for this and cancel this booking.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped We were going to ship a vehicle that had rear end damage by a hit and run driver to have it repaired. We found out today that our insurance company has determined that it is a total loss and we no longer wish to have it repaired and are going to just purchase a new car. I have notified the shipper that I am canceling this shipment request. The amount of $879.99 has been taken out of my account on 1-27-14. I do no understand why this amount was charged before the shipment was completed. I re
