The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked this job on 7/7, and it’s already the 19th. RNB said they would pick up last week, rescheduled after I contacted them several times. Said they were coming today, but won’t respond to phone or emails. In looking at their reviews, it looks like this is a very common problem. Horrible feedback and a 28% cancel rate. I’m very very disappointed in their lack of service and now I have to start all over. This company should be removed from doing business on UShip

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment disappointed that the service provider cancelled in the last minute....very unprofessional!! I have made a commitment to my customer, and now have to find a different service. Bad business!

Would highly suggest staying clear of this Shipper. THREATENED ME on multiple occasions and refused to work with me on rescheduling or attempts to help him. Each time I tried to speak with him he cut me off. I really wanted to help him but he is very difficult to deal with and suggest that you stay away or CHARGE EXTRA if you want to deal with him.
