After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Shipper dziubala (Derek) could not provide us the basic information pertaining to the shipment, had not paid for the item yet, would not provide us the name or location of the item nor confirm drop off info, and was very elusive when we asked general questions about the shipment. We do not feel comfortable with this customer.

Great guy. He delivered my motorcycle as promissed, secured the bike well and communication was great along the way. I would highly recomend Leonard to anyone to deliver even top nuch stuff. Thanks leonard

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward After the conversation I was asking to give me approximate date so I can arrange the bike to the dealer (pick up location). I had only up to a weak for this bike to be picked up. After this I would have to pay storage fee. She said she will call me back and that was it. No answer, only cancellation. For no reason. I called several times, left messages, but no response.

Yes, we cancelled this shipment. The shipper: dziubala (Derek) demanded we give him a date for pick up but refused to provide us the basic information pertaining to the shipment, had not paid for the item yet, would not provide us the name/location of the item or confirm drop off info, and was very elusive when we asked general questions about the shipment. Sorry but that's not the way we operate. Our 240+ positive customer feedbacks over the last 18 months speaks for itself.
