The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The estimated weight of the tractor was only half of the actual weight which is over the max amount I am able to carry. Sorry we were not able to make it happen.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider stated my shipment would be picked up within 5 days and delivered within 7 days after its was picked up. We booked it on 12-11-12 and today is the 21st and it still hasn't been picked up! It has costed me 20.00 dollars a day since they did not pick it up as agreed upon.
