Jaap was such an easy shipper to deal with. Despite being in the Netherlands, we had no problem communicating!! Jeff at the pick up point, and Howard who met us on a Sunday were both extremely helpful getting this bike down to Houston for Jaap. Ed at Global Motorsports was flexible, always answered our phone calls, and made it easy for us to drop it off and paid immediately. We would gladly haul for any of these gentlemen. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper asked me to be sure on picking up dates before accepting the bid. He did not want a cancellation. I and the seller were sure on the dates, but the shipper didn't make it. Very dissapointing experience.
