The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it 2 of the cars were lowered and 2 drivers tried to pick the cars up and were unable to. The 2 are too low for an open trailer and can not be picked up. The shipment was misrepresented by the customer.

I thoroughly enjoyed shipping for Jim. Everything went off without a hitch. He was professional and timely with the payment upon receipt of his property. Will definitely ship for him anytime anyplace.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer needs boat to be transported on his own trailer. I need a back haul between jobs. I will have my own boat trailer , so job itself is not possible. Because it only served to cover gas between two existing jobs. But with conflict of trailers, it just is not possible.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped we have the total day for pick up and delivery 8 days and in my booking confirmation said clear he need pick up after April 21st and delivery before may 1st so I don't have any problem provide my service to this person I thing hem cancel because want pick up and delivery ASAP but hem don't put this in the place bid page, about my language I thing speak clear English and all txt he send to the company we be answer right so a don't understand what happen may you no like Hispanic people thanks Response from Jim H.: I am hispanic

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I flew from Boston to Florida to meet the shipper. He showed to to haul 3 cars. All three cars are as listed on the BOL. None have been modified. The driver showed up three hours late. He stated two cars were too low and he could not take them. Both were listed in the accepted BOL. I wasted a lot fo time, money and effort to meet the driver. They knew what they were hauling. DO NOT USE TEMPUS LOGIX.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Vendor TWICE accepted shipment and then cancelled. He actually spoke with me asking me to cancel the shipment through uship and he would do it on the side. I refused. He then sent me a text on Thursday night stating he would meet me at doc Friday. He never called, texted or emailed me stating he was cancelling.
He left me hanging at doc for the whole day. This is the second cancellation. This guy is someone you should not deal with. I spent $580 on a plane ticket to meet him at boat to boot.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider They are difficult to understand. Speak very poor english. Found too hard to communicate with. Response from islandcollision: I thing we have good communication with you I don't know what the customer no understand to me because the first moment we won the booking I communicate with the customer any time about everything what happen and we have 8 days for pick up - delivery them in the booking confirmation we have customer prefer pick up after April 21st and delivery May 1st so we be answer all questions he asking thanks
