After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I was given a phone number that was not valid, I left a text and an email with the information on where to pick up the chairs Brittany and then another woman said they did not get them, then both myself and the owner of the chairs started getting calls from a "driver" wanting information. The driver could not tell us who he worked for. The final straw was when Brittany said the chairs would be in Columbus the next morning, an impossibility as no one had picked them up and the trip was 900 miles.

Vintage Triumph motorcycle arrived one week late, I also have a suspicion that it had been ridden in the two and a half weeks it was in transit.
Response from grmarlow:
We had a delay for our pick up in his area and let his assistant know it would be 1 week late. He originally said the delivery was no hurry. He was on vacation in South America and just got home 3 days before the delivery. We absolutely DO NOT ride the bikes we deliver and we certainly wouldn't choose to ride a clapped out tiny vintage bike over all the Harleys and crotch rockets that we transport.
