The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Customer listed this as a running driving vehicle. The direct assigned driver went to pick up the vehicle and it is not operable. It also has no brakes and the driver had no way to load and unload. This shipment was misrepresented by the customer and we can not service this shipment.

The service provider has told me on two occasions that a truck was showing up and they never did Provider has also taken a deposit from me as well. The provider still has not been able to pick up my car and continues not to communicate well. They told me yesterday that they would cancel the order and refund my deposit but neither has occurred. I wish to cancel and have all deposit funds returned as I have chosen a different route then uship since this provider never showed up and i had to have t
