A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This customer has been very patient. We had mechanical issues on the first truck and could not pick it up. The second driver was unable to load it due to the weather and no loading dock area. Request mutual cancellation and full refund of his deposit. thanks, roger

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper could not meet his commitment to have the product delivered on time, multiple problems.

Very positive experience, shipper communicated well and my cart was loaded and packed well and arrived in perfect condition and on time. Shipper even had to do a little extra work to get it to fit and helped reassemble. Would definitely reccomend.
