STAY AWAY FROM THIS CUSTOMER. He listed his location as a business pickup, but it really was a residence. Very shady trying to ship his items at commercial shipping rates and avoid the residential charges. Luckily, carrier caught it and charged him for the residential pick up like they should have. STAY AWAY. VERY DISHONEST!

Do not trust this company. 7 Months after they got paid they made a fraudulent charge of $65 to my credit card. They made a million excuses why they made this charge but fortunately I have all my emails with this company saved. This is not even a shipping company they are a broker. They are nice to you until they get paid. Check on Google and you will find others with same fraudulent charges.

This customer is very dishonest. They listed their shipment as a business pick up, but it really was a residence. The carrier CHARGED for a residential pickup and that charge was passed down to the customer. The customer was informed about their dishonesty before being charged. We encourage all customers to please be honest and accurate when listing their shipments. Thank you.
