A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

I got a great price and the shipment went as expected. Picked up when stated, delivered in a reasonable time. I would use this shipper again.

TLC Relocation was great. Very easy to work with, stay in contact with, etc. The situation at the delivery end was other than expected (through no fault of TLC), and TLC went out of their way to fix the problem and complete the delivery. I will definitely use TLC again for a variety of shipping requirements.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Erik was very helpful and willing to do this job, however, scheduling conflicts on my end made the finalization of the transport impossible. I will use Erik again if needed. He was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns and willing to 'go the extra mile'.
