I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. When I was booked I was in the area and the email address given on uship I would get no response then I received 4 emails in Spanish I speak American hard to communicate with the languages but at the end I finally received an email in American

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer is located in another country and we require a Credit Card on file for any weight discrepancies or missrepresented shipments.

We choose Uship security payment and offer paypal payment for any weight discrepancies. Provider only want a CC form without amount of payment.
