I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Sir we open late to accomdate our customers who are 3 hours behind us and that will never change and we also dispatch 24/7. We are ok with cancelling since no drivers (not us) wanted to take your truck. They decide who they want based on price, what other cars are offering, supply and demand, the weight of your vehicle etc. Sometimes its not about money sometimes theres just no one available. Not our fault. You will be in the same situation with the next broker. It wont change the circumstance.

Obviously, you did not read the entire post. Your organization posted a published bid. I accepted. You could not deliver on your bid. You determined the price, not me. When it came time to deliver, you stated you wanted me to counter offer your bid. I chose not to. You misrepresented your service and now I am being penalized for your lack of service and delivery. Very poor professionalism and unwarranted negative feedback for me. I merely accepted your bid and you could not deliver.

Jim is a super nice and professional person he answered the phone every time I called and all of his directions and information were right on the money. I would really enjoy doing business with him again. I hope his daughter really enjoys it!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Dear Sir / Madam,
I used uShip and its contractor / carrier for a delivery of a vehicle earlier this year. I was provided excceptional service and had a very favorable opinion of uShip and its contractors. However, with my last bid/auction, that has changed.
It has been over 10 days since I accept the Service Provider's (SP) published rate for my shipment. From day 1, the SP stated that they were ONLY a broker and the rate was a very competitive rate. Also, on day 1, the SP also stated

Sir, you have absolutely no knowledge of how this industry works so please dont try to educate ppl about my beloved co. We work HARD! We post to the same board as our competitors. Its a bid board if a driver even wanted to take your truck and didn't like the price he would have made a counter offer. No one made a counter offer. Its an unpopular route, that's not profitable and we did our best& offered NO guarantees of service. You are really confused how using a broker works.

Larry and Linda Smith provided me with outstanding service. I shipped a Jeep Wrangler from OH to FL. I received updates every 6 hours and prior to the deliver, every 1 hour (at my request) so I could schedule the drop off. Jeep was delivered ahead of schedule. Larry and Linda are very professional, pleasant and polite. I can definitely recommend w/o hesitation this provider...
