The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I spoke with the service provider & he expressed he would deliver the lawnmover within two weeks! But the person I bought the item from has never been contacted by the provider. Therefore, I want my money back and the service cancelled!

shipper was late by two days,dropped off truck damaged and now I cannot get in touch with him, he dropped truck off and when I returned to get his info he had left and will not return calls. damage to truck totals $550. will be contacting state attorney general to press neglect charges and no name on reciept. he was given plenty of time to call back now he led us to this. will never recommend

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider changed pickup dates several times, once due to a flat tire, problems along the way. He never called me to say he would be delayed I had to call him several times to find out that he had changed the time yet again. The last time I called him to find out if he picked up he told me that he was broke down again and would be unable to make delivery.

I received a message from the service provider that his truck is broke down and does not know when it will be ready, so cannot pick up my item.

I called provider on 1/21/08 he stated that he (QUIT), because his truck broke down,and DOT requirements were BAD!! This is my second request to USHIP about my deposit of $53.55! I talked with provider again this morning 1/22/08 they said they didn't know how that part was handled! Communication on this experience is not good!! Please respond!!
