RUDE & A TOTAL IDIOT!! SHIPMENT WAS BOOKED ON 12/20 WITH A PICKUP TIMEFRAME UNTIL 1/7. CLIENT WAS INCURRING STORAGE CHARGES BEFORE WE WERE HIRED AND TRIED TO BLAME IT ON US! WE CLEARLY EXPLAINED TO THE CLIENT THE TRUCK ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND THE SHIPMENT WOULD BE RESCHEDULED. CLIENT REQUESTED A CANCELLATION AND LEFT US A FALSE FEEDBACK.
