The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Just went back to check this ad, there is absolutely no pu or delivery time restrictions mentioned! We spent an absorbent amount of time trying to accommodate this shipper. His information continually changed. Once we receive a cancellation, credit is automatically made!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Ad listed with specific pickup time requirements. 1stClassShipping offered lowest price. Accepted presuming they had actually read ad. They sent contract stating hours different from my Uship listing and that driver would not call ahead if needed. I crossed out terms that did not match my original Uship listing, signed and sent back along with deposit. Like the ad, they evidently didn't read the revised contract.
