I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We did not misrepresent ourself. I won't apologize for being professional and being honest with you about the difficulty of this task. You didn't read the terms because if you had you would read we offer no guarantees of service. We are brokers. No matter who you book with it will b the same problem. The car is miles away from where any driver wants to go, he will lose time, money and fuel on the order. Don't blame us for no driver wanting to take your car. We tried.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services It has now been more than 10 days since booking. Enterprise has misrepresented itself as being able to pick up my vehicle within 10 days and has provided no indication that the car is going to be picked up ever. Because I honored my agreement with uShip and Enterprise I have lost ten days of use of my car. On October 29, 2013 at 11:49 AM I was contacted by Rena at Enterprise regarding my shipment. I had made no prior contact with her after our initial email contacts confirming the booking. I

We offer no guarantees of service. That is FORBIDDEN in this industry by anyone. This car is on an unpopular route miles away from any other car to pick up. Any driver who accepts this load would lose time and money. That is why no one would accept the bid. We use the same bid board as our competitors sir. This isnt like booking airfare this is auto transport and supply and demand changes everyday. Not our fault. You should excercise more patience given the circumstance
